I have a quick update to share with you.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to move my newsletter over to Substack.
This decision actually came together pretty naturally. I recently sold Keep the Tail Wagging, and I’m really excited to explore other creative interests that I’ve been putting off… like houseplants, crocheting, and painting (yes, we’re getting cozy over here).
At the same time, BeeHiiv has been costing me about $70/month, and I just can’t justify that expense when the newsletter isn’t covering itself. If I’m being honest, I’d much rather spend that money on my dogs.
And that brings me to the biggest reason…
Raw Feeder Life has always been a passion project. It’s something I love doing, not something I want to pressure into being a full-blown business. Substack just fits that energy better.
What does this mean for you?
Not much will change. Most of my content will still be free, just like it’s always been. But I will be adding a few paid tiers over on Substack… because, well, I have four dogs to feed 😅
